International distribution of antibiotics and fall in mortality 1945-60

The Unit of Economic History of the Department of Economics and Economic History is organising during the year 2022 a series of research seminars to present the current state and progress made in the research activities conducted by its department members. The seminars are open to the public and will be held in Seminar Room 112-C of the Department of Economics and Economic History at the Faculty of Economics and Business Studies. On 28 June at 2:30 p.m., lecturers Anna Maria Aubanell, Roser Nicolau and Montserrat Llonch will be giving the session on antibiotics and the fall in mortality from 1945 to 1960, entitled "La difusión internacional de los antibióticos y el descenso de la mortalidad 1945-60".
