Academic Management takes care of administrative and academic issues related to teachers and students.

Make an appointment

If you need to be personally attended in the Academic Management, you will have to make an appointment.

In case you need to carry out a procedure on behalf of another person, it is essential to carry the authorization document signed and a copy of your ID card or passport.

To collect an official title on behalf of another person, you must provide the corresponding power of attorney.

Office hours

Morning:
Monday to Friday from 10 to 13h

Afternoon:
Monday to Thursday from 15h to 17h. From 02/13/2023

The Academic Management Will remain closed:

  • July: Afternoons in July, the AM will be closed
  • August: Academic management will be closed from August 7 to 25


Opening hours of the General Registry of the Dean’s Office: 
Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00 h

  • July and August from 9:00 to 14:00 h
  • Christmas and Easter (working day) from 9:00 to 14:00 h
