Opening of the exhibition "Multiple Versions, a Collaborative Project of Literary Translations"

The project was born in the heart of Europe during the symposium on language, literature, and nation organized by the Hungarian PEN Club in Budapest in the autumn of 2012, coinciding with the 90th anniversary of the Catalan PEN and the Girona Manifesto on Linguistic Rights. 

The project emphasizes the human and emotional dimension of creation —metaphorically linked to the heart— and, although it has often been necessary to rely on major languages to make the translations possible, it does so with a sense of poetic justice and cultural dissemination.
