The session featured José Martín y Pérez de Nanclares, who delivered a lecture focused on the role of the Court of Justice of the European Union in addressing the political, economic, and legal challenges currently faced by the international community. During the conference, several issues were discussed regarding the CJEU’s role in defending European values and its impact on the development of European Union law.

The event, held in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Law, brought together students, faculty members, and members of the university community interested in current European legal affairs. The conference became a space for reflection and debate on the challenges faced by European institutions in a global context marked by constant political and legal transformation.
