The Faculty of Law team from the UAB takes part in a European law Moot Court
The team from the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, accompanied by Professor Alexandre Moreno Urpí, took part in the Moot Court organized by the Spanish Association for the Study of European Law.
After successfully passing the written phase, the team travelled to Madrid to compete in the oral rounds, held at the headquarters of the Diplomatic School and at the Supreme Court, together with eleven other teams from Spanish universities.
Participation in this competition has been a highly enriching experience for the students, both academically and professionally, as it has allowed them to build connections, gain insight into the legal sector, and strengthen the Faculty’s profile.
The members of the judging panels particularly highlighted the high standard of the written submissions, the quality of the oral pleadings, and the strength of the legal strategy developed by the team, emphasizing the added merit of this being their first participation in the competition.
