Presentation of the book 'The External Action of the European Union'
On 2 March, the European Documentation Centre at UAB hosted the presentation of the book The External Action of the European Union, a reference work that analyses the main instruments, actors, and challenges of the EU’s foreign policy.
The event featured the participation of several of the book’s authors, who are also members of the teaching staff of the UAB Master’s Degree in European Integration. This made it possible to establish a direct dialogue between academic research and specialised teaching in European studies.
The presentation created a very enriching space for debate on the role of the European Union in the current international context. A large part of the audience consisted of students from the Master’s Degree in European Integration, who were able to learn first-hand about the book’s contributions and engage in conversation with its authors.
The event reaffirmed the commitment of the European Documentation Centre and the Master’s programme to the dissemination of knowledge on European integration and to the promotion of academic debate on the major challenges facing the European Union.
