Seminar on the impact of the Digital Omnibus Act on the AI Regulation
The Faculty of Law of the UAB has hosted a seminar by Martin Ebers, president of the Robotics & AI Law Society (RAILS), on the impact of the Digital Omnibus Act on the Regulation of Artificial Intelligence, addressed to students of the Master in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Law.
The Faculty of Law of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona hosted the seminar “The impact of the Digital Omnibus Act on the AI Regulation”, delivered by Martin Ebers, President of the Robotics & AI Law Society (RAILS).
The session was held within the framework of the Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Law and was specifically aimed at its students, with the objective of analysing the main legal challenges arising from the application of the new European digital regulatory framework and its impact on the Artificial Intelligence Regulation.
The seminar addressed key issues related to the governance of artificial intelligence, regulatory coherence and the legal challenges posed by digital transformation, providing a valuable academic space for discussion and reflection.
