Seminar: “Medical Criminal Liability for Negligence in the Age of AI”

The IA JURISSALUD research group is organizing the hybrid seminar “Medical Criminal Liability for Negligence in the Age of AI”, delivered by Dr. Francisco Almenar Pineda, Assistant Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Valencia.

The event will take place on 1 July 2026 at 12:00 p.m. and is aimed at teaching and research staff, as well as doctoral and master's students.

The seminar is part of the R&D&I project “Legal Challenges in the Application of Predictive AI in the Healthcare Sector” — IA JURISSALUD, PID2024-160176NB-I00, funded by MICIU/AEI/10.13039/501100011033 and by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), European Union.
