Europe Day Conference: The role of the Court of Justice of the EU in a changing international context

On the occasion of the celebration of Europe Day, the Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Barcelona is organizing a conference dedicated to analysing the role of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the current international context.
The session will feature the participation of D. José Martín y Pérez de Nanclares, judge and Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Union, who will deliver a lecture entitled “The role of the Court of Justice of the EU in a changing international context.”
The event will take place on 8 May 2026 at 12:00 pm in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Law.
This activity, organised by the Faculty of Law and the Institute for European Studies, represents an exceptional opportunity to gain deeper insight into the functioning and relevance of the CJEU in a global scenario marked by political, economic, and legal changes.
