New seminar of the IA-JURISSALUD cycle on the commercialization of predictive AI in the health field

The Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Barcelona hosts a new session of the IA-JURISSALUD seminar cycle, focused on the legal challenges of artificial intelligence applied to the health sector.
On April 22, 2026 at 12:00 hours, Dr. Mónica Perna Hernández professor of Commercial Law at the UAB, will give the seminar entitled:
“Predictive AI as a health product: approach to its commercialization”
The session will analyze the main legal challenges linked to the consideration of predictive artificial intelligence as a health product, as well as the requirements for its commercialization in the current regulatory framework.
The seminar will be bimodal:
- In person, at the Victoria Kent Hall of the Faculty of Law

The activity is aimed at teaching and research staff, as well as master's and doctoral students, and is part of the research project on the legal challenges of predictive AI in the health sector.
