Within the framework of the Cycle of Seminars on Modernization of Contract Law, the Faculty of Law hosts a session dedicated to the analysis of the novelties introduced in the 2023 Modernization Proposal in terms of compliance with obligations. 

The seminar will address, from a systematic and updated perspective, the issues related to:

• The general provisions of the compliance regime
• The payment in payment
• The payment by transfer of assets
