The Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Barcelona organizes the seminar “The impact of the Digital Omnibus Act on the Regulation of Artificial Intelligence (RIA)”, which will be taught by Martin Ebers, president of the Robotics & AI Law Society (RAILS).

The session will address the main legal implications of the Digital Omnibus Act within the framework of the RIA, with a critical analysis of the regulatory challenges posed by the deployment of artificial intelligence systems in the European Union, especially in sensitive sectors such as health.

The seminar is part of the R&D&i project “Legal challenges in the application of predictive AI in the health sector ( JURISSALUD AI)” (PID2024-160176NB-I00).
