The Faculty of Law of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, together with the Master’s Degree in AI and Digital Law, is organizing a new session of the Café#IA Programme, dedicated to the analysis of neuro-rights and the legal and ethical challenges posed by the convergence of artificial intelligence and neurotechnologies.
The session will be led by Carlos Amunátegui, professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, who will offer a critical reflection on the concept of the neuroverse, the protection of mental identity, neuronal privacy, and the limits of law in the face of new forms of interaction between technology and the nervous system.
The Café#IA Programme is a space for interdisciplinary dialogue and debate aimed at fostering critical reflection on the social, ethical, and legal impact of artificial intelligence.
