Healthy Workplaces Summit 2025 to explore occupational safety and health in the digital age

The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) will hold the Healthy Workplaces Summit 2025 on 3–4 December at the Euskalduna Conference Centre in Bilbao, Spain. The summit will bring together experts and social partners to explore how digital technologies are transforming the workplace and the challenges and opportunities they present for workers’ safety and health.

The event will feature six parallel sessions addressing key topics such as work organisation in digitalised environments, emerging organisational risks, worker participation in ensuring a safe and healthy digital transition, and the ethical aspects of using digital technologies at work.

The summit will also host the Healthy Workplaces Good Practice Awards 2023–2025 ceremony. This year, the awards will be presented by Professor Óscar Molina, Director of the Institute for Labour Studies (IET) and Chair of the Awards Jury, recognising the winning organisations for their outstanding contribution to promoting occupational safety and health across the European Union.

The ceremony will also include the official presentation of certificates to the award-winning initiatives.
