Master description
The university Master's Degree in Quality of Food of Animal Origin is made up of 60 credits distributed over two semesters and is divided into five compulsory modules, four of which are content-based and the last given over to the Master's dissertation.This master's degree offers specialised contents in quality of food of animal origin, focusing on evaluation, control, management and quality improvement from farm to consumer.

- From september to december: online teaching (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thrusday from 15.00 h to 19.00 h
- From January to July: face to face classes (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday form 15.00 h to 19.00h
First day of class 2020-21: September 29th at 16.00h
