Doubts between sheets, a Final Degree Project to solve doubts about sexuality
“Doubts between sheets” is a Project promoted by three UAB psychology students which intends to spread information about sexuality that is a taboo in society among young people.

Natalia Vargas, Blanca Torre and Laia Violan, three UAB psychology students, are carrying out a Final Degree Project under the title “Doubts between sheets”. It is a project supported by the Health program of the foundation Fundació Autònoma Solidària (FAS). This project focuses on openly talk about sexuality, affectivity and safety in intimacy. Through social media and the internet, they want to break the taboo and work as an information platform about sexuality.
To this end, they have created a profile on different social media platforms: Instagram, Twitter, CuriousCat. In these means, they upload content about topics such as vaginal pH, contraceptives, masturbation or hygiene before sex, among others.
Besides that, the blog features a counseling section where whoever can openly send their questions about sex anonymously and for free.
This Final Degree project is developed with the Aprenentage Servei methodology, which means that the students who are carrying out this project are making a social contribution according to a real need detected by the Health programme of FAS.
