If you want to come to the Academic Management Service, you have to make an appointment using the following application:

Our opening hours are:

• From Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 14:00 hours and from 15:00 to 17:00 hours.
• Friday: from 10:00 to 14:00 hours

Christmas Holidays: Closed from the 23^rd of December 2023 to the 8^th of January 2024 (both included).

Easter Holidays: Closed from the 23^th  of March to the 1^st of April 2024 (both included).

August: 

• Closed the 1^st , 2^nd , 28^th , 29^th and 30^th of August 2024, with telephone service from 10am to 13pm (93 581 19 93 / 93 581 19 94)
• Closed from 3^rd to 27^th of August 2024 (both included).

This service deals with tasks related to administrative and academic affairs for students and teaching staff.
