Sixty placements with a study grant of €618 to explain the UAB to future UABers

Help us explain the UAB to future UABers! You can apply via Nexus until 18/10/2026.

The Suport als esdeveniments de promoció work placements consist in participating in different activities and events, such as the Education Fair (part-time: mornings or afternoons), Open Days, Family Day and many others, both on-site and online, that you will find at the #VisitalaUAB website. The UAB offers 60 placements aimed at students from all centres on campus interested in explaining the UAB's wide range of bachelor's degree programmes. 

The placement has the following characteristics:

• Duration and time schedule: 75 hours distributed between January and May 2027, according to the schedule for each activity. Open Days (27 and 28 on campus and 29 online), Education Fair (10-14 March), Visits to Faculties (4 afternoons between the months of April and May 2027), Family Day (8 May). We will also hold several preparatory meetings for each activity and content-recording sessions for social media such as Instagram or TikTok. Attendance at the meetings and activities is compulsory, and we will provide you with proof of attendance to justify it if it coincides with any academic activity.
• Study grant: 8.25 euros gross/hour (approx. 618 euros gross/month).
• ... and a pack of UAB products: T-shirts, sweatshirts, water bottle and tote bag.

What are the requirements?

• If you are an undergraduate student, you must be enrolled for the 2026/27 academic year and have completed at least 120 credits.
• If you are an official master's degree student, you must be enrolled for the 2026/27 academic year.
• ... and the most important requirement: a desire to have fun meeting other UABers like you and sharing the experience of studying at the UAB.
