September full of exhibitions at the Humanities Library
This September, several exhibitions will be inaugurated in both the Humanities Library and the Magazine Room, offering a varied program for everyone.

Throughout the month of September, the display case of the Sala de Revistes of the Humanities Library hosts the bibliographic exhibition "Science fiction in Spanish, history and current affairs: the Úcar collection", a collection of several issues of the Spanish science fiction and fantasy magazine Nueva Dimensión, a large part of which come from the collection of Professor Xavier Úcar.
In this same space you can also visit the exhibition "Archéo-sexisme", a traveling exhibition created by the Archéo-Éthique association and the Paye ta Truelle project, in which, through various illustrations by different authors, the aim is to promote gender equality, presenting a series of situations that many women have to suffer in the archaeological environment.
On the third floor of the Humanities Library, we find the exhibition "The art of translating the world, the legacy of Jordi Arbonès", based on his personal collection: manuscripts, articles and translations that trace the career of a translator, writer and cultural activist committed to Catalan literature. In the Rico Room, you will find a bibliographical exhibition that commemorates the 420th anniversary of Don Quixote, with a selection of editions and studies from the personal collection of Francisco Rico, a renowned specialist in Cervantes, which allow us to rediscover the masterpiece and its universal significance.
Still in building L of the library, on floor 0, in front of the elevator, the "Wonderful Mind" exhibition is inaugurated: a selection of books on psychology and neuroscience, the functioning of the human mind, the amazing capacities of the brain, how the brain perceives the world and generates memories and other related topics.
