Exhibition: 100th Anniversary of The Trial by Franz Kafka
The Social Sciences Library invites you to visit our exhibition commemorating the centenary of Franz Kafka’s The Trial.

The Social Sciences Library celebrates the centenary of the publication of The Trial, by the Czech writer Franz Kafka, with a commemorative exhibition. Kafka, who held a doctorate in Law and worked as a civil servant at a workers’ accident insurance institute, drew on his professional experience to create one of literature’s most enigmatic characters: Josef K.
The theme of justice, which runs through the novel, makes it especially relevant for Law students and the wider university community.
