Les dones ens movem - Hypopressive workshop

The UAB Physical Activity Service (SAF) will be offering a workshop on hypopressive abdominal gymnastics, to learn the technique of activating the abdominal area with decompression of the chest, abdomen and pelvis in different postures and actions.

Free activity open to the UAB University Community.

Please bring a towel or mat.

The activity will take place in the Study Room of the Communication Library and General Newspaper Archives, on floor -1.
