Dr. Victoria Reyes-García, a researcher at ICTA-UAB, has been named a Distinguished Alumna by the University of Florida (UF) for her contributions to the understanding of Indigenous knowledge systems and their relevance to global environmental challenges, including climate change and biodiversity loss. 

From January 15 to February 13, the posters prepared by students of the subject Anthropology of the Peoples of Spain of the Degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology for the 2024-25 academic year will be exhibited in the lobby of the Faculty of Arts. The posters can also be seen on the subject's Instagram and website.

On October 18, the Graduation Ceremony of the Social and cultural anthropology students who obtained their bachelor's or master's degrees in the 2023 academic year took place in the Auditorium of the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters. 2024.

The 2024-25 Academic Year's inauguration took place in the Faculty of Arts Auditorium on October 14, with a heartfelt tribute to and memory of Professor Teresa San Román.
