Roundtable “Decide Your Future: Business, Talent and Legal Entrepreneurship”
The Faculty of Economics and Business at UAB will host the roundtable “Decide Your Future: Business, Talent and Legal Entrepreneurship” on Monday, May 18, an event aimed at helping students reflect on their career opportunities at the intersection of business and law.

The session will take place at 2:00 PM in the Faculty’s Degree Hall and will provide a practical overview of today’s job market, focusing on how students can shape their careers beyond traditional pathways. Through different discussion blocks, key topics such as employability, talent selection and professional development within companies or entrepreneurial projects will be addressed.
The event will feature two experienced professionals. On the one hand, Carlos Martínez Lizama, a specialist in business management and talent recruitment, will offer the corporate perspective and explain what companies currently look for in hybrid profiles. On the other hand, Georgina Grau, a legal professional with experience in labour and business law, will share insights on how law connects with real business environments and legal entrepreneurship opportunities.
The session will also highlight legal entrepreneurship as a space open to diverse profiles, particularly in areas such as strategy, management and business development. The aim is to provide a cross-disciplinary perspective that helps students identify new career paths and make informed decisions about their future.
The event is organised by ELSA Bellaterra in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics and Business and has a limited capacity of 80 attendees.
