The event, in a hybrid format, was hosted by journalist Olga Vallejo and featured interventions from lecturers Toni Espinosa, vice-rector in Digital Policies; Santiago Robert, lecturer in Civil Law; Pilar Dellunde, professor in the Department of Philosophy, and Íngrid Noguera, lecturer in the Department of Educational Theories and Social Pedagogy. The experts answered questions formulated by the UAB teaching community. This first edition was aimed particularly to the University's lecturers and researchers (PDI).
The activity was organised by the DocèncIA working group and was meant to be a space for questions and answers about artificial intelligence, a proposal that aims to bring reflection on this technology closer to the university community. The session featured UAB specialists in various fields, who responded to the questions raised by the community, who were able to participate by asking questions via Teams, after registering for the session.
The final result of the session will be published later on the official UAB YouTube channel, with the aim of reaching the maximum possible number of faculty members and generating a plural, rigorous and open debate on the integration of AI in teaching.
