Here is some information about the enrolment and the first steps to do at your arrival at UAB.
During your Stay
Enrolment calendar
Before your arrival at the UAB you will receive a notification from the faculty with the enrolment process.
Once you have selected your courses, the Exchange Office will do your registration and will send you a copy by e-mail.
Dates
- Autum Semester:
- Spring Semester: from 3rd to 7th February 2025
The first week will be to check that the schedules you have chosen are correct, that the subjects are the ones you have selected, etc., and it will be when you will be able to make changes and modifications, if necessary.
Specifically, the modification periods are:
- Autum Semester:
- Spring Semester: from 10th to 14th February 2025
That week we will send you registration modification form that you will have to return by email duly filled in and signed.
If you want to register subjects from other Faculties, we inform you that only these faculties use the same application form:
- Faculty of Philosophy and Arts
- Faculty of Psychology
- Faculty of Economics & Business Studies
- Faculty of Political Science and Sociology
- Faculty of Translation and Interpretation
- Faculty of Law
For the rest of the faculties you will have to ask there directly for the courses they offer.
Dates to choose courses from other faculties
- Autum Semester:
- Spring Semester: from 19th to 24th February 2025
Medical insurance
You will have to pay 4,02 € for the medical insurance. It is a compulsory insurance from the UAB and you must pay it by card in our office (Academic Management) once you arrive at our university.
Learning agreement and arrival certificate
You can send us by e-mail or deliver by hand in our office your Learning Agreement and your Arrival Certificate for us to sign them, in the case of the arrival certificate, please fill in your name and the date of arrival.
Once they are signed by the exchanges coordinator, they will be sent to the student by e-mail.
