Reopening of the Veterinary Library
This Friday, the Veterinary Library reopens its doors after a two-month period of refurbishment work.

New spaces have been created, including:
- A multipurpose study room with capacity for 30 people, equipped with folding tables, built-in electrical connections and an 86-inch interactive screen. This room will also be used as a space for activities organised by the Library.
- A Clinical Skills Lab, designed in accordance with European accreditation requirements (EAEVE). This space functions as an open, cross-disciplinary classroom for all specialities, both in the Veterinary Science degree programme and the Food Science and Technology (CTA) degree programme, and represents a fundamental resource for the development of clinical and technical skills in the preclinical environment.
- Three individual work rooms, with preferential use for videoconferencing, with network connection. The Library has also been equipped with an increased number of antennas to ensure optimal Wi-Fi coverage in all areas.
This set of actions has been made possible thanks to the reorganisation of spaces and the redistribution of funds to GEPA.
We would like to express our gratitude for the effort and dedication that this remodelling has required from all the staff of the Library, the Faculty and also our users.
