Learn about the process of making Fair Trade chocolate, from the cocoa tree to the final product. You’ll discover the differences between Fair Trade and conventional trade through an innovative and very sweet activity that will allow you to explore the history of the cocoa-producing organisations behind each bar, tasting it with all five senses.
