On 14 November, the UAB will host the 2nd Digital Humanities Conference, an event organised by the UAB-cei Digital Humanities Network (XHD). The aim of the event is to highlight the efforts and results of the University’s research teams in this emerging field. The Conference will feature presentations of around thirty digital humanities projects led by the researchers and research groups responsible for them.
10:00 – 10:15 Welcome by Rosa Maria Sebastián Pérez (Vice-Rector for Innovation, Transfer and Entrepreneurship) and Margarita Freixas Alás (Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts)
10:15 – 10:30 Introduction to the 2nd Digital Humanities Conference 2025 by Oriol Vicente (Coordinator of the Digital Humanities Network)
10:30 – 10:45 Presentation of CLARIAH-CAT and the Master’s in Digital Humanities and Digital Heritage by Joan Antón Barceló (Coordinator of the Master’s)
