Presentation and talk about the photographic exhibition "The kid who sold the world", by Dom Fernández

Photographer Dom Fernández will present his exhibition ‘The kid who sold the world’ and give a talk about the project on Monday, 6 October, at the UAB Communication Library and General Newspapers Archive (Plaça Cívica).

The event, open to the entire university community, will begin at 4 p.m. at the COMTEC Centre (on the second floor of the library) and will continue in front of the exhibition itself, on the ground floor. It is organised in conjunction with the coordination of the subject ‘Theory and Technique of Photography’ of the UAB's Interactive Communication degree.

During the event, Dom Fernández will explain the creative process he followed to develop this personal project, which revolves around childhood and the search for a place in the world, and which has culminated in the publication of a photo book.

‘The kid who sold the world’ can be visited from 1 September to 31 October 2025 on the ground floor of the library. More information about the exhibition.
