OUR EXPERTISE 

At the IBB, our researchers do cutting-edge science and obtain exceptional scientific results. As could not be otherwise, IBB is also committed to promoting innovation to facilitate the return of scientific discoveries to society.

With this objective in mind, we identify and promote innovative projects, together with the UAB Valorization and Patents Office, to transform laboratory discoveries into technologies and products that can be useful for the biotechnology and biomedical industries. In this way, we facilitate their future market entry and positive impact on the well-being of society.

We have experience in the biomedicine and biotechnology sector and we would be interested in joining forces with companies and/or other institutions to promote innovative projects in these sectors to solve current industrial or societal challenges.
