Our mission is to discover and accelerate the development and implementation of clinically relevant knowledge and products based on basic science, to improve the treatment of diseases following the "One-Health" vision.

We pursue multidisciplinary and collaborative research within the IBB community that advances towards the frontiers of discovery and innovation. This scientific vision must be sustained by excellence, responsible research, transparency and open science, all built on the foundation of equity and sustainability.
