During the stay
It is necessary to have a digital certificate in order to be able to sign the documents of the stay.
Once you arrive at the host university, you must follow the guidelines and deadlines indicated from there.
These are the two procedures that must be carried out at the UAB:

Agreement of studies
If there is any change in the original study agreement, the student has 5 weeks after having started the classes at the destination to make modifications.

Extend your stay
If you want to extend the stay you must have authorization from the host university and the approval of the tutor.
Once you have the authorization and fill in the extended document that exists in the sia.
Once the extended document is validated, you must modify the study agreement and sign it with your tutor and then at the exchange office to validate it. Once validated, the enrolment will be modified.
Extending the stay does not imply an extension of the scholarship.
