The student can request any destination of the mobility offer, as long as it is not a specific agreement for a degree.
It should be borne in mind that bilateral agreements are signed by areas of general knowledge.
It is very important before making the request to consult the website of the destination universities to find out about the offer of subjects, the academic calendar, the admission procedure, etc... and make sure that this destination is the one that interests you most at an academic level.
