• Submission of applications: From 24 February to 4 April 2025.
• Publication of the admission resolution: 18 June 2025.
• Registration: To be determined.

 

WHERE TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTS

Before starting the online application, CAREFULLY READ the agreement on the offer of places and admission criteria for changing foreign university studies.

VERY IMPORTANT: All documents attached to the application must comply with the translation and legalisation requirements established by current regulations.

 

Steps to follow:

1. To access the online application you will need a University ID Number (NIU) and a password. To obtain them:

• If you are not a UAB student, enter your ID details to  register.
• If you are or have been a UAB student, you already have a University ID Number (NIU). If you remember your password, go straight to the application procedure.
• If you are or have been a UAB student but do not remember your University ID Number (NIU) and/or your password, re-enter all your personal details to retrieve.

2. Enter your personal and academic details in the corresponding sections of the application form.

3. Scan the required personal and academic documents and attach them to the application. Documents must be in .pdf, .jpg or .doc format (maximum 4 MB).

4. Pay the mandatory application fee (€54.54 or €27.27 with large family discount).

5. If you like, you can download the application confirmation slip.

 

RESOLUTION

Admission resolution for change of foreign uniersity studies 2025/26   (to be published on 18 June 2025) 

• Admission resolution for change of foreign university studies to Bachelor’s Degree in Audiovisual Communication
• Admission resolution for change of foreign university studies to Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Public Relations
• Admission resolution for change of foreign university studies to Bachelor’s Degree in Organisational Communication

Admitted applicants will receive an email in the last week of June with all the registration information.

Applicants who have not been admitted may collect the original documents that they submitted from the Academic Management Office. These documents will only be withheld until 14 October 2025.

After this date, the documents will be destroyed.
