Changes and extensions

There are two periods for changing registrations. A registration can only be extended during the first period, corresponding to the first semester.

Payment

If you change your registration, you will be charged a single public registration change fee (€27.27), plus the amount for any additional credits registered for, if applicable.Note that if you cancel credits without adding others, the amount for cancelled credits will not be refunded.

 

Total cancellation

If you wish to totally cancel your registration, you must submit the application to Academic Management. The period is open from the time of registration until 4 November 2024.

Please note:

• Total registration cancellation counts towards the number of permitted years established by registration continuity regulations. Years of continuity start counting from the first registration, even if in one or more academic years you do not register.
• In the case of new-entry students, if you totally cancel your registration, your place will only be reserved for the following year if you have paid the registration fee. This benefit applies only once.
