This service deals with administrative and academic matters for students and teaching staff.

Though the generic application, you can formalize and submit writings, applications and documents addressed to the UAB.

You will be able to access the electronic registry through a digital identification. The public administration offers different electronic signature systems:

For prensecial care in the Academic Management, an APPOINTMENT must be requested.

Opening hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 10 am to 2 pm / 3 pm to 5 pm
  • Fridays: 10 am to 2 pm

Special opening hours

In July opening hours are from 10 am to 2 pm, Monday to Friday. On the day before public holidays opening hours are from 10 am to 2 pm. Closed in the afternoon.

Holidays

Christmas: Closed from 23 December 2024 to 6 January 2025 (inclusive).

Easter: Closed from 14 to 21 April 2025 (inclusive).

August: Closed on 1, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29 August 2025, but with telephone helpline from 10 am to 1 pm (93 581 19 93 / 93 581 19 94). Closed from 4 to 24 August 2025 (inclusive).
