WHERE TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTS:

Before starting the online application, CAREFULLY READ the agreement on the offer of places and admission criteria for changing Spanish university studies..

PLEASE NOTE that, according to Article 226. Criteria for the resolution of credit recognition application of the UAB Academic Regulations (Resolution of the Governing Council of 7 July 2022, as amended by resolutions of 1 February 2023 and 12 July 2023): Recognition is based on the subjects originally passed and not on any recognitions, credit transfers, or adaptations thereof, and the original grade obtained is retained.

 

Steps to follow:

1. To access the online application you will need a University ID Number (NIU) and a password. To obtain these:

  • If you are not a UAB student, enter your ID details to  register.
  • If you are or have been a UAB student, you already have a University ID Number (NIU). If you remember your password, go straight to the application procedure.
  • If you are or have been a UAB student but do not remember your University ID Number (NIU) and/or your password, re-enter your personal details to retrieve them.

2. Enter your personal and academic details in the corresponding sections of the application form.

3. Scan the required personal and academic documents and attach them to the application. Documents must be in .pdf, .jpg or .doc format (maximum 4 MB).

4. Pay the mandatory application fee (€54.54 or €27.27 with large family discount).

5. If you like, you can download the application confirmation slip.

 

RESOLUTION

Admission resolution for change of Spanish university studies 2025/26   (to be published on 18 June 2025)

Admitted applicants will receive an email in the last week of June with all the registration information.

Applicants who have not been admitted may collect the original documents that they submitted from the Academic Management Office. These documents will only be withheld until 14 October 2025.

After this date, the documents will be destroyed.
