Specific Programmes for International Students

Enrolment process

1. Valid passport. The validity of the passport must cover the entire duration of the programme.

2. Official academic transcript issued by the home university in which the following must appear:

  • Semesters completed to date
  • Current semester
  • Corresponding grades
  • Average of grades or GPA

3. Students who do not have English as their native language and wish to study subjects in that language, must present a certificate of knowledge of minimum level B2 or equivalent at the time of pre-registration.

4. Those students who want to study subjects in Spanish and who are not native Spanish speakers will have to present a certificate of knowledge of that language of minimum level B2.1 or equivalent at the time of pre-registration.

5. Students who do not have English as their native language, but are studying their degree in English-speaking institutions, may provide their academic certificate as proof of knowledge of their English language level.

All documents need to be properly scanned and sent in PDF format. Photos of documents are not accepted.

To ensure your place, once we have verified that you meet all the requirements, you will have to make the deposit payment.

The places are assigned by order of payment of the deposit. Courses with high demand fill their places quickly, so it is recommended to make the deposit payment immediately.

Payment via virtual TPV (credit card or MasterCard) or bank transfer.

There is no deadline to pay the deposit.

Payment of the total tuition must be made within the established deadlines, depending on the semester.

Students, who want to take Spanish language classes and have previous knowledge of the language, must take a level test. Once enrolment has been completed, our administration team will send the details to take the test.

Students with no knowledge of Spanish are considered beginners and do not take the level test.

During the enrolment period, students are allowed to process one change

Once the registration period has ended, changes will be made during the Add & Drop period. All changes will be subject to availability of places.

The cancellation of the registration in full before the deadline means that all fees paid will be returned, except the non-refundable deposit*.

Cancellations must be made in writing before the following deadlines:

  • Spring: December 14
  • Summer: May 15
  • Fall: July 20
  • May: April 15

These dates are subject to change.

Cancellations made outside the indicated dates will not be refunded.

*The 500€ deposit and visa letter shipping fees are non-refundable.
