Tàndem program
Tandem is a program of activities that promotes linguistic and cultural exchange between Catalan-speaking students and others from around the world. It is a way to connect students from different countries and faculties. It’s a very good opportunity for those of you who have just arrived and want to meet local students, or if you want to participate in international mobility programs.

If you prefer to meet on your own and in small groups, language pairs are your option.
In language pairs, two people who speak a language in common are put in contact with each other in order to practise both this language and Catalan. It is a prerequisite that one of the two people has Catalan as their primary language.
The duration of the language pairs will be between 10 March and 9 June. During this time, couples are free to decide when, how and where they will practice languages.
If you want to take part in the activity, you have to fill in the form before the 3rd of March and the Community Involvement Unit will be in charge of forming the pairs and communicating them. Limited number of places
The group language exchange is organized in three groups where several languages will be alternated with Catalan. It will have a duration of 4 sessions that will take place at the following schedules.

Wednesdays April 3, 10, 17 and 24; from 1 to 2 p.m.

Thursday April 4, 11, 18 and 25: from 2 pm to 3 pm.
The activity will be held in the multipurpose room of the Agora building, in the Civic Square.
In order to register, you must fill in this form before March 17th. Once the form has been filled in, the Community Envolvent Unit will send an e-mail confirming the place. Limited number of places.
