Trends in consumption, expenditure and emissions associated with water consumption
The UAB increased its water consumption by 1.1% in 2025 compared to 2024. In 2025, the UAB consumed 130,700 m3 or 131 million litres of water.
Emissions associated with water consumption include water supply and sanitation and represent emissions of 68 tonnes of CO2 equivalent.
The economic expenditure was around 573,000 €, an increase of 13,5% compared to 2024.
