On Monday, 18 November, Cerdanyola Universitat station improvement jobs will start seeking to improve the accessibility and to give a better service to the users.

From Monday, 18 November Cerdanyola’ Universitat (UAB) station improvement jobs will start with the aim to improve the accessibility and to give a better service to the users.

The works do not contemplate any impact on the train service. During all the actions, the current train service will be guaranteed.

The expected term for the works is 9 months and it includes the following actions:

- Platforms and regulations adaptation.
- Electrical installations adaptation.
- Installation of 3 panoramic elevators maintaining the existing ramps.
- Rehabilitation of existing canopies.
- Underpass rehabilitation.
- Installation of LED lighting on platforms.
- Reservation of PMR places (People with Reduced Mobility) in parking zones.
- Podotactile guidance pavement installation.
