Meetings schedule

The CERec and the CEEA meet at least once a month to evaluate projects/procedures that could raise ethical issues. Procedures presented to the CERec for evaluation must be submitted using the intranet application.

Meeting agendas are closed one week before the meetings and the procedures to be discussed must previously have been reviewed and confirmed by the adviser. For this reason it is recommended to begin the submission process in sufficient time for the procedure to be reviewed by the adviser. Based on the name of procedures presented simultaneously, this process may be extended to the following scheduled meetings.

To renew animal experimentation procedures, the submission process must begin 6 months before they expire, so that the renewal can be proposed to the Generalitat (Catalan Government) within the period of validity.
