UAB Open Science Awards

I Call for the UAB Open Science Awards

One of the actions set out in the Open Science Advisory Committee's Action Plan is the creation of the UAB Open Science Awards, with the aim of recognising actions that promote open science carried out by members of the UAB community.

In this first edition, the total financial award for these prizes is €5,000, funded by the 2025 Catalan Open Science Award, institutional category, with which UAB was recognised.

The call is open to academic staff with research responsibilities; technical, management, administrative and support staff with recognised research experience, and PhD students at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona.

Please consult the UAB Open Science Awards Call for the requirements for participation, the assessment criteria and the link to the application form. The deadline is 31 July 2026.
