On October 30, the conference "Análisis de factores sociales en la planificación turística: género y ruralidad" will be held by  Gema Martínez Gayo (PhD in Social Problem Analysis, researcher at Alba Sud, and associate lecturer at the UOC).

This lecture forms part of the XIV Conference Series on Territorial Studies and Planning. The fourteenth edition, titled "Tourism and Socio-territorial Challenges: Planning and Management of Inland Tourism in the Vinalopó Corridor (Alicante)," comprises six lectures that explore key issues in analyzing the potential role of tourism as a complementary economic activity in local territorial development.
