Hacer el mapa. Entre cartografías emergentes y diversidad epistémica en América Latina

Next Tuesday, March 7 will take place the conference  "Hacer el mapa. Entre cartografías emergentes y diversidad epistémica en América Latina". Training action of the Doctoral Program in Geography, UAB.

The talk explores some elements of the emerging cartographies approach and object-oriented cartography, asking how cartographic practices in Latin America can inform us about the tensions and possibilities of epistemic diversity. In this framework, some cartographic practices from Mexico, Brazil and Colombia are presented.
