We will get to know first-hand the professional and work journey of two former students of the Degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology of the UAB, with professional experiences outside the metropolitan area, because Anthropology has no limits and where they will answer our questions or key dilemmas that arise right after graduation: how did they get here? What aspects must be taken into account when looking for a job? At the same time, Marta and Fran are members of the Catalan Association of Anthropology Professionals (ACPA) and will present the organization, the projects they undertake, the services and the defence of the profession works there.

All this and more with:

Marta Rallo is self-employed and dedicated to conducting qualitative research for public and private entities, especially in the plains of Lleida. She is a working member of the cultural cooperative La Xicoia. Thanks to research she did on gender and rurality, she has been recognized as a "Transforming Woman" by the Regional Delegation of the Generalitat de Catalunya in Lleida and graduated in Social and Cultural Anthropology with a master's degree in social policies and community action from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB)—partner no. 125 of the ACPA.

Fran Ventura Fabra works as an anthropologist technician at the FITES Terres de l'Ebre cooperative, which is dedicated to strategic planning, support of community processes, promotion of various social projects, and support of work teams. He has also worked as a researcher on issues of ethnological heritage. I graduated with a degree in social and cultural anthropology (UAB) and a master's in contemporary history (UB): member No.105 and member of the ACPA board.
