End of the mobility

Before the end of the mobility period, students must verify with their home university which documents need to be submitted.

If students must leave before the official end of the semester at the UAB, they will be required to submit: the official academic calendar of their home university, and an official document issued by the home university justifying early departure.

 

Students must send in advance by email any documents requiring signature (Learning Agreement and/or Certificate of Departure). 

In the case of the Certificate of Departure, the document must be submitted with the fields for name, arrival date, and departure date completed.

Once signed by the Exchange Coordination Office, the documents will be returned by email. The process may take up to one week.

At the end of the mobility period, the Transcript of Records will be sent by email to the International Relations Office of the home university or directly to the student.

Certificates for language courses taken at the UAB Language Service will be issued by that Office. It is the student’s responsibility to request them before departure.

First semester

From 21st February 2025.

Second semester

From 10th July 2026.

At the UAB, grading follows a scale from 0 to 10:
