Students must email in advance any documents requiring signature (Learning Agreement, Arrival Certificate, etc.). In the case of the Arrival Certificate, the document must be sent with the name and arrival date fields completed.
In the case of the certificate of arrival, the document must be submitted with the fields for name and arrival date completed.

During these periods, the Exchange Office will send students an email with the link to request modifications to Faculty-specific courses.
