UAB, best university in Spain and number 62 worldwide in Humanities
In Humanities, the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona is the best university in Spain and is in 62nd position worldwide on the Times Higher Education World University Rankings.

The Times Higher Education Subject Rankings for the Arts and Humanities 2015-2016 have been announced. The UAB is in 62nd position worldwide and in first position in Spain.
It scores 57,2 points for research quality, based on the number of published papers per researcher, and 54 points for teaching.
For the overall evaluation 13 performance indicators are used: calibrated to offer balanced and comprehensible comparisons. The Times Higher Education World University Rankings are one of the most prestigious worldwide rankings. Data is gathered, analysed and verified by the SCOPUS worldwide database provider, belonging to Elsevier.
