The UAB Trauma, Crisis and Conflicts Unit has been working to help families of the victims since the day on which the accident happened. Both the General Directorate of Civil Protection and the German Consulate in Barcelona requested their services and a multilingual team of psychologists at the El Prat airport on Tuesday.

The team continues to be available for psychological attention at the toll-free number (in Spain): 900 10 15 80. Callers will be attended 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and can also contact the unit through their online form at: http://www.utccb.net/

The UTCCB is the crisis unit of the UAB Faculty of Psychology and offers specialised services to persons, groups and organisations before, during and after crisis and conflict situations.
